The CEO of Quest Technologies refuses to discuss the issues with reporters. Friendswood, Texas (AP, UPI)The CEO of Quest Technologies and ring leader of the QuesTeam, Richard Prentice, refuses to discuss the issues with reporters stating:
" Guys, my company designs and installs water and wastewater equipment all over the world. We're building skids for cogeneration plants that will help turn liquid into steam and steam into energy.
